Spiro Boseovski

Spiro first entered the entered the financial services industry as an underwriter with Aviva in 2004. He then took his first job as a Mortgage Specialist with CIBC in 2008 where he was consistently one of their top producers for his nine-year tenure. He left the bank in pursuit of becoming a mortgage broker because he realized it would give him the ability to access a broader suite of mortgage solutions, more competitive products and rates to save his client’s money.

He has over 12 years of mortgage industry experience including 9 years as a top performer with CIBC prior to becoming a Mortgage Agent. Spiro has personally successfully funded over 1,000 mortgages and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and financial expertise possible.

Spiro holds a Bachelor of Commerce in economics and finance from the University of Toronto where he graduated with High Distinction. Spiro is working towards his AACI designation (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) through the University of British Columbia. Spiro’s passion for numbers is surpassed only by his desire to serve his client’s best interests.

Spiro lives in Toronto where he first started investing in real estate over 10 years ago.

Michael and Calum’s history goes back to 2014 when Michael was a District Training Manager/Senior Financial Advisor & Scotia Securities Advisor at Scotiabank. Over the past 11 years Michael has established himself as a credible, knowledgeable, and customer service focused individual with a comprehensive understanding of personal finance.

Michael has Personal Financial Planning & Advice Designations through the Canadian Securities Institute with a passion for facilitating real estate financing and investing, which he started doing personally over 10 years ago. Michael has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for both families and individuals looking to maximize their wealth. Like Calum, Michael is a passionate advocate of the ‘Client for Life’ service model, which emphasizes that success is centered around world class service to clients and business partners.
